I work online and face-to-face with adults who want to see change in their lives. People who want to feel more like themselves but find that life is getting in the way. I also work with people who have experienced difficult or unsettling changes in their lives, such as traumatic events or loss in the form of bereavement, the loss of a relationship, the loss of a way of life.
Working with me can be transformative – don’t get me wrong, you’ll be doing the work, you’ll be making the changes that you need to see in your life, but it will be with my guidance and understanding. Through learning to understand your own behaviour and reactions as well as those of others, you can also learn to change or modify your behaviours or step out of patterns, bringing positivity and fulfilment to your life.
I work with individuals who are trying to find solutions in their own minds for situations, feelings and behaviours that play out in their lives through their own and other people’s actions. I offer an environment in which you can explore and find insight into those situations and work towards finding deeper understanding.
